1. Who We Are

Fatora is an e-invoicing application developed and maintained by iKHENZ IT Solutions (ikhenz.com). We build tools that help Saudi businesses issue ZATCA-compliant electronic invoices efficiently and securely.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash — never readable).
• Company profile: VAT number, CR number, address, and contact details — required for ZATCA-compliant invoicing.
• Invoice data: Customer names, amounts, and transaction details you enter while using the application.
• Usage logs: Login timestamps and session activity for security monitoring only.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and deliver the Fatora invoicing service.
• To generate ZATCA Phase 1 and Phase 2 compliant electronic invoices.
• To send account-related emails (verification, password reset, plan notifications).
• To improve the application based on anonymized usage patterns.

4. ZATCA Integration & Phase 2 Compliance

Fatora supports ZATCA Phase 1 (simplified e-invoicing) and includes a self-upgrade path to ZATCA Phase 2 (clearance-based integration with ZATCA's Fatoora portal). Compliance data — including XML invoice files, cryptographic signatures, and QR codes — is generated and stored locally in your account. This data is processed according to ZATCA's official requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data. Data is shared only in these specific cases:

• With ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) when you submit invoices for clearance under Phase 2.
• With email delivery services (SMTP providers you configure yourself) for sending invoices.
• When required by Saudi law or a valid legal order.

6. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, session controls, and upload validation. However, no system is 100% immune to breaches — you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

• Access or export your invoice data at any time.
• Request correction of inaccurate company profile information.
• Request account deletion (subject to ZATCA record-keeping requirements).

فاتورة هو تطبيق فوترة إلكترونية طُوِّر من قِبَل iKHENZ IT Solutions (ikhenz.com). نبني أدوات تساعد الشركات السعودية على إصدار فواتير إلكترونية متوافقة مع هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك بكفاءة وأمان.

٢. المعلومات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (مخزنة كـ hash أحادي الاتجاه — غير قابلة للقراءة).
• الملف التجاري: الرقم الضريبي، السجل التجاري، العنوان، وبيانات التواصل — لازمة للفواتير المتوافقة مع الزكاة.
• بيانات الفواتير: أسماء العملاء، المبالغ، والمعاملات التي تُدخلها في التطبيق.
• سجلات الاستخدام: وقت تسجيل الدخول ونشاط الجلسة لأغراض الأمان فقط.

٣. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

• لتشغيل وتقديم خدمة فوترة فاتورة.
• لإنشاء فواتير إلكترونية متوافقة مع المرحلة الأولى والثانية من الزكاة.
• لإرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني المتعلقة بالحساب (التحقق، إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور، إشعارات الاشتراك).
• لتحسين التطبيق بناءً على أنماط الاستخدام المجهولة الهوية.

٤. التكامل مع هيئة الزكاة والمرحلة الثانية

يدعم فاتورة المرحلة الأولى من الزكاة (الفوترة المبسطة) ويتضمن مسار ترقية ذاتية للمرحلة الثانية (التكامل مع بوابة فاتورة من هيئة الزكاة). بيانات الامتثال — بما فيها ملفات XML وتوقيعات رقمية ورموز QR — تُولَّد وتُخزَّن محلياً في حسابك وفقاً للمتطلبات الرسمية للهيئة.

٥. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع أو نؤجر أو نتداول بياناتك الشخصية أو التجارية. تُشارَك البيانات فقط في الحالات التالية:

• مع هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك عند إرسال الفواتير للمقاصة في المرحلة الثانية.
• مع خدمات البريد الإلكتروني (خوادم SMTP التي تهيئها بنفسك) لإرسال الفواتير.
• عند الاقتضاء بموجب النظام السعودي أو أمر قانوني صالح.

٦. أمن البيانات

نطبق معايير أمان صناعية تشمل الاتصالات المشفرة (HTTPS)، وتجزئة كلمات المرور، وضوابط الجلسات، والتحقق من الملفات المرفوعة. مع ذلك، لا يوجد نظام محصن بالكامل — أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك.

٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

يتم الاحتفاظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا.

٨. حقوقك

• الوصول إلى بيانات فواتيرك أو تصديرها في أي وقت.
• طلب تصحيح معلومات ملف الشركة غير الدقيقة.
• طلب حذف الحساب (مع مراعاة متطلبات الاحتفاظ بالسجلات وفق الزكاة).
